Jake leads the advisory and negotiation side of Novis Team Real Estate. He works with buyers, sellers, and real estate investors across residential homes, rental properties, and small multi unit buildings throughout Southwestern Ontario.
His approach is structured and data driven, with a focus on pricing accuracy, risk awareness, and long term decision making. Jake prioritizes clarity and education so clients fully understand their options before moving forward. Known for a calm, transparent style and strong negotiation skills, he is committed to guiding clients confidently through every stage of the real estate process.
Lauren Novis, Operations Manager / Stager
Lauren oversees operations and staging for Novis Team and is the founder and operator of LB Design. With over five years of experience in staging and home design, she specializes in preparing homes to maximize appeal and market value.
Her approach is flexible and tailored to each property, ranging from full staging to strategic use of existing furnishings when appropriate. Lauren focuses on creating inviting, market ready spaces that help buyers connect emotionally with a home while supporting a smooth and efficient selling process for clients.
